In this special message, we are discussing relevant developments on the world scene in the light of biblical prophecy, including the migrant crisis in Europe; surprising facts about Donald Trump; Apple’s fight with the FBI; and deeply disturbing revelations regarding smart phones. We are also addressing the biblical concept of the footwashing ceremony during the annual Passover observance and explain why unbaptized persons should not participate in the same.

Are you going to heaven when you die? Are Enoch, Elijah and David right now in heaven? Are you already “in heaven”? Are you sitting today in a “heavenly place”? In what way has God blessed us with spiritual blessings in “heavenly places”? How is God’s Church to reveal God’s wisdom to powers in “heavenly places”? How are we to fight wicked spirits in “heavenly places”?

The true gospel of the Kingdom of God is being preached in all the world as a witness, and responses are sometimes remarkable and encouraging. But how fertile and lasting is the ground on which the seed falls?

We may have heard the phrase “Not of this World” and seen it branded on clothing and used as decals on car windows and bumpers. But what does this saying mean to the “Christian” world? Are they truly not of this world? The Bible talks about two different categories of people – those who obey God’s commands, and those who don’t. Which category do we, as TRUE Christians, belong to and what sets us apart from all other “Christian” religions who believe that they are “Not of this world?”

We often read about servants in the Bible. What does it really take to become a true servant of God? Are there requirements? Are there benefits from being a servant? In the sermon we will look at three specific areas: 1) Actions of true servants 2) Knowledge of servants 3) Responsibilities. These should give us a good idea of what it means to be a Servant of the Lord.

This world looks at compromise as a great thing. But how does God view this? How should Christians look at compromise? Are we at times willing to compromise in respect to Church doctrine and practices? Many did compromise in the past, to their own demise. How convinced are we that we must never compromise with God’s Truth?

Christians are challenged to examine themselves as to whether or not their Christianity is true! This testing will not succeed if it is only superficial. The vital key for us is to have God’s help in the process.

Our relationship to the Father and Jesus Christ depends on staying close to them—otherwise, we fail!

Fear is a common response to life’s circumstances. It is an emotion that often motivates people to take action. When fear motivates action that leads away from God, faith must replace that fear. By having faith and fearing God we please Him, making worldly fear powerless against us.

Mankind has sought after freedom in countless ways but most have fallen short of reaching that goal. Freedom is within the grasp of mankind but only when God is leading our pursuit.

The Bible shows us that especially in these end times, many will scoff at God, His Word, His servants and His people. We should not be surprised when we are ridiculed and scorned. Those who may know us and do not approve of our new way of life may look for “reasons” to mock us and speak evil of us–because they themselves may not want to change. But we must also be careful that we do not unnecessarily provoke ridicule through our own conduct.

Many believe in wild rumors and weird conspiracy theories. And even some in God’s Church can become easy targets, if they are not careful. We are called upon to come out of the Babylonian confusion of political propaganda and war hysteria, while rejecting unprovable concepts and speculations. Would we be guilty of lying if we were to propagate something which turns out to be false? Do we understand that many popular conspiracy theories were invented by Satan and his demons?

God says He knows those who are His, because they have answered the call and are responding. But is this the only requirement that God requires of us? How do we think of ourselves in regard to our calling? Are we active in drawing close to our Creator?

Does the Bible tell us whether Satan and demons can make themselves visible to the human eye? Can they materialize and appear as humans, without being recognized as spirit beings? Should you try to contact aliens or the ghosts of deceived loved ones? How can you protect yourself against Satan and his fallen angels? What kind of activities are we to avoid at all costs? Should we stay away from demonic movies and video games, séances, Ouija boards, far-eastern meditation practices, haunted houses, chiropractors who use the Reiki method, and medical hypnosis?

There are many different types of distractions that could keep us from the Kingdom of God, if we are not careful. We need to be aware of what is truly important and what we need to keep our focus on if we want to be counted worthy.

Science will try to explain the miracle of human life and all existence as a series of random events necessarily determined by all other random events preceding them. Such an explanation is not only nonsense, but it leaves life purposeless. To the contrary, the Bible clearly shows that God works with mankind on different scales to fulfill His great purpose and plan. Christians have the opportunity to make good decisions every time! If, before choosing to do something with real personal impact and permanent lasting effects, we consider our options.

On the one hand, the Bible says that “no one has seen God at any time,” and, yet, there are other instances in which people are described as having “seen God!” How is this possible?

We are all tasked with the requirement of being lights to a darkened world. King David shows us through the biblical account of his life that although he was besieged by worldly desires and trials, he overcame and will forever be a light to God’s people.
