CBS wrote on July 16 that “the scale of the disaster is unlike anything the area has seen in living memory—the worst deluge recorded in the region in more than 200 years…” Newsmax added on July 21 that thousands are still missing who are most likely dead. But why do disasters like these happen? Is it because of man-made global warming, or is the real cause overlooked? And once the cause is identified, do people respond and react in the right way?

Will YOU Have Eternal Life in God’s Kingdom?
Do you share God’s confidence and conviction that you will become an immortal Spirit being in His Kingdom? Or are you sometimes tempted to give up when you experience difficulties and trials which might appear to be too severe? Is your salvation a big question mark in your and God’s eyes?
Come Again—One Cannot and Does Not Have To Obey the Law?
God gave us His law in order to obey it. But doesn’t God also say that we cannot serve or obey Him? On the other hand, He only promises us the gift of the Holy Spirit when we obey Him. How can we reconcile these apparent contradictions, and what exactly is the Holy Spirit which is supposed to dwell in us, and what does it accomplish in and through us?
Violence in Israel—Is this the End?
Why did the al-Aqsa mosque incidents spark the explosion of violence? What connection is there to the prophesied building of the third temple on the Temple Mount? Why are the current developments in Jerusalem and Israel not yet THE war which would annihilate mankind, unless Christ was to return to shorten these days? Who are the elect for whom Christ will return, and why are the Jews and nominal Christians not those elect?
Download AudioHow the World Will Be Saved
The Day of Atonement (September 28, 2020) pictures unique events in human history and shows us how the entire world will have access to God to reach its potential to be saved and inherit salvation. While this day refers mainly to collective reconciliation between God and man, it does not exclude the role of those who have already been begotten by God’s Spirit in this life. The rituals which were to be carried out on this day in Old Testament times show us what Christ has already accomplished and how He will deal with Satan; and they point out how the world can become at-one with God.
Ruling with Christ–How and Why? (Feast of Tabernacles 2019)
How can we be sure that we will be in the Kingdom of God and rule with and under Christ? How could God be so sure that David or Abraham would make it into the Kingdom? Why was God totally convinced and knew that Christ would never sin, when He was here on earth as a human being? How does God know what will happen in the future? And why should we look forward to our rule over others in the Kingdom? What are some of God’s promises for us and others?
Our Unrighteous World–Our Religions
We have a hotchpotch of different religions and religious beliefs which are divided and estranged, but all of them proclaim that they show us the way toward salvation and eternal life. Is this really the case? What is their origin, and what does the only one and true God tell us about the only way to salvation?
Misunderstandings Regarding the Resurrection and Salvation
One can easily misunderstand the Bible if one quotes Scriptures out of context or ignores important statements. For example, how was Jesus Christ resurrected, and what kind of body will a true Christian have in the resurrection? Will many or just very few inherit salvation? Is it true that most will end up in the lake of fire? Or is it correct that today, just about everyone is called for the Kingdom of God? Is there sin which cannot and will not be forgiven? In what way will all Israel be saved?
No More Separation
Christ came to reconcile us with God the Father; to break down the wall of separation between God and us; to make us one with God. But Christ did not die for us alone. He is the Savior of all of mankind. The Day of Atonement reminds us of the fact that the world is not lost; that Christ came to reconcile the world to God the Father.
Individually and Collectively
We in the church have a responsibility both individually and collectively if we want to make it into the Kingdom, and the Bible gives several examples of each which we need to apply if we want to be counted worthy to be a part of God’s Family.
