Eternal Judgement
The concept of eternal judgment is a fundamental biblical doctrine. It is so important because it applies to all men. Everyone, including true Christians, will be judged after they die. But when exactly will that judgment take place; who will judge; and what is meant with “eternal” judgment or the “day of judgment”?
Ruling with Christ–How and Why? (Feast of Tabernacles 2019)
How can we be sure that we will be in the Kingdom of God and rule with and under Christ? How could God be so sure that David or Abraham would make it into the Kingdom? Why was God totally convinced and knew that Christ would never sin, when He was here on earth as a human being? How does God know what will happen in the future? And why should we look forward to our rule over others in the Kingdom? What are some of God’s promises for us and others?
What Exactly Is the Holy Spirit?
Is the Holy Spirit an independent Personality or Person, or does it at least exist in some way as a conscious entity which is separate from the Father and the Son? If not, how are we to understand biblical Scriptures which seem to indicate that the Holy Spirit speaks or acts; and that this happens independently of God the Father and Jesus Christ? Upon closer examination, we will see that those passages, as well as the entire teachings of the Bible, convey something completely different from what is commonly assumed.

We are told as Christians that we need to be Joyful. In fact one of the fruits of the Spirit is Joy! But what does it mean to be joyful in a Christian way? When we suffer, we must always remember that God does not forget our tears. Even when we are severely tested, God is there to help us. God wants to give us comfort and encouragement, as well as peace and tranquility; He has compassion for those who mourn and who are brokenhearted. The book of Ruth gives us an important understanding as to how the merciful God works in our lives.
The Helmet of Salvation
Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:17 to “take the helmet of salvation.” What else are we to “take” from God, and what is the connection with the helmet of salvation? Why are we reading about the cup of salvation; the shield of salvation; and the garments of salvation? The Bible speaks also about the helmet of the hope of salvation. What exactly is this hope? What exactly is salvation? And what is the only way to obtain salvation?
Does Sin Lead To Success?
Does sin pay? Are sinners happy people? Are they more successful and blessed than others? Can they look with confidence at a peaceful future? The Bible shows us that none of this is true. Sin leads to disaster. It sets in motion an automatic chain of events. There is a cause for every effect. There is a fundamental difference between the righteous and the wicked. We will reap what we sow. Our sin will find us out.
Does God Have Humor?
Some have a totally wrong concept of God and view Him as an impersonal “Something” without form and shape. That is not the God of the Bible! God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, are a Family, and the members of the God Family are described as personalities, who have feelings, emotions, joy and humor.
